I'm Neville Adams, and I've been working on roofs in Mandurah and the Peel region for over 30 years. NJ Adams Roof Plumbing is owner-operated — that means when you call me, I'm the one who turns up, I'm the one on your roof, and I'm the one who makes sure it's right before I leave.
I'm based right here in Halls Head, so I know the local weather, the local building styles, and I'm never far away when you need me.

From a small leak to a full roof restoration — if it involves water and your roof, I handle it.
Found the water but not the source? I track leaks to their origin and fix them properly — lifting and rescrewing sheets, replacing wet insulation, and checking every surrounding section.
Installation, replacement, repairs and cleaning. Properly pitched gutters that drain away from your home — no pooling, no overflow, no rust.
Fascia boards are the backbone of your guttering system. I replace rotted or damaged fascia and barge boards, restoring the edge of your roofline.
Valley iron is one of the most common sources of roof leaks. I replace corroded or damaged valley iron and seal the transition points properly.
Full restorations — repointing, resealing, replacing damaged sheets, and getting your roof back to a weathertight standard without a full replacement.
Stormwater connection, drainage, and soakwells. I make sure runoff from your roof goes where it's supposed to — away from your foundations.
Supply and installation of ventilation whirlybirds and skylights. Properly flashed and sealed so they add light and airflow — not water.
Blocked gutters cause overflow, fascia rot, and foundation damage. I clean and flush your gutters and downpipes, checking for damage while I'm at it.
